The owner was very friendly. The room is very cute, clean, and nicely decorated. Above my expectation. We travel a lot internationally and domestic, and this was the first time that the pictures on bookings looked exactly like advertised. Lovely room

For 150 EUR per night, I would expect to have a fridge in my room. Carefull: the booking.com.price is not the final one. The host charges extra for parking and the sauna.

Exceptional
Set in a peaceful area of Lindau, the balcony had a beautiful view of luscious greenery teeming with wildlife. Our room was spacious, well decorated and very comfortable. The walk into the old town of Lindau was pleasant along shared cycle routes. If staying for a while, having a Lidl a couple of minutes walk away was also handy for topping up supplies. Our host, Charlotte, was friendly, engaging and an invaluable source of information about the local area - she made us feel extremely welcome.
Nothing we didn't like about Villa Rana (unless you have a phobia for frogs - there are frog-themed items everywhere!).

The location was good. The room is pleasant for two people.
The host requires a funds transfer prior to the stay at the B&B; I would have preferred that the transfer of funds happen through Booking.com. The host did not serve breakfast as advertised. The shower leaked onto the floor.

The room is really cozy and the bathroom with sauna and bathtub was huge and very nice space to relax. The garden was beautiful. The host was extremely friendly and the little frog statues are very cute.
Mattress was good, but not great. Other than that, amazing stay.

the Villa is in a nice area on the outskirts of Lindau. it is very peaceful and green
our bedroom was really hot, no air conditioning. moreover there was not a real locker on the door, which in itself was a sliding door. this door was in glass and however covered by a cloth you can still perceive people outside. same with bathroom. moreover, they wanted we paid in cash and did not issue any receipt

it was very clean and tidy, the building was beautiful and so was the view. the location was good and it was very easy to get to the island. The host was lovely.
There was an additional charge of €5 for parking which wasn’t initially listed
