Nice location (to the hospital we had get to, but not close to the Lake or historic Lindau), clean hotel, friendly staff and good continental breakfast.
No restaurants or the like in walking distance of the hotel, as the hotel (Garni) does not offer anything beyond breakfast.

Elias was fantastic! Checking in was easy and direct. The room was ideally situated with a beautiful view, and it was super clean, cozy, and quiet! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Elias provided us with a free bus pass for the town, but we opted to walk because it's so quaint. I highly recommend this hotel for comfort, ease, and friendliness. Enjoy your stay!

Property is nice but in a location not walkable to much. We did find a nice restaurant - aeschacher bistro that was a short walk and served authentic German and other foods. Highly recommend.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good and had a wide variety of options. The staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager made a point each day to ask us about our day and to have a conversation with us.
The parking situation was a bit tight, but we made it work. The landscaping out front needs to be trimmed and taken better care of to give the hotel better curb appeal but overall I really liked this hotel.

Pleasant and quiet location, yet the Lindau island is reachable in about 20 minutes on foot.
Tasty breakfast each morning, with fresh local products served in a bright, garden‑edged sunroom.
Ideal walking distance to the island, making local sightseeing very convenient.
None – the hotel met my expectations entirely.

The garden setting is beautiful. The property inside and outside is very well kept and looks new. Breakfast a wonderful assortment. Lots of onsite parking for your car.
Although not very far from the inslet of Lindau, not really walkable and the bus is not timely.
