I liked the location of the hotel because it was close to the lake.
Sofa and Twin bad are really bad ratings. I was really surprised that the extra bed was called twin bad and Sofa Bad. Even though I had come from a long way, they didn't give me a chance to discuss whether I should stay at the hotel or not because the working hours were over (they end at 20:00), so I was in a hurry. I went between 21:00-22:00. Because the train was delayed!

There were no reception services available at all. For three days, we couldn’t check in properly. We arrived at 11 PM, exhausted after driving for hours from Norway, and there was no one at the reception. The next morning, we had to leave at 8:40 AM for a workshop, and when we returned at 6 PM, again, no one was there. This continued every day.
On the last day, the fire alarm went off in all guest rooms, and we had to evacuate in panic, not knowing what was happening — and still, there was no staff or receptionist around to give any explanation or assistance!
As for cleanliness, the bathroom was full of ants, even inside the toilet. When we flushed, ants came out with the water in a very disturbing way! I have photos and videos to prove this. The room was also extremely cold and damp, and we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heating — and again, there was no one we could ask for help.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I would never stay here again. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone.

Location was great and the hotel was better value for money than others in the area.
The room was small and had no tea or coffee making facilities (we were aware of this from reading reviews though, so not a huge issue). There was no fan or air-conditioning, so we had to keep the window open, but this meant it was noisy as people in the local area were active until long past midnight.

My husband enjoyed the Staff we appreciate that we were able to do a load of Laundry that was very thoughtful. The Breakfast was really good. We would like to stay there the next time

Very patient and kind staff.
Beds and Pillows were not comfortable at all.
Noise in the drain pipes was really loud. Imagine you are sleeping and somebody flushes the toilet in another room and this is so loud that wakes you up!!
Another thing regarding the garden view: it was not in fact a garden but a parking space!

Easy access to the city centre, which is forbidden for cars. Recently refit in the external side. Receptionist so nice and professional.
I was not happy with the night's comfort because there were a lot of problems and noise, it was fully booked, and the last room is usually the worst. And because I was in a congress and checked out late, I learned too late that there was no hairdryer. I ought to have been grateful for the parking discount at the very least. But there haven't happened. Considering the time period, the size of the room, and the excessively dated furniture, I paid too much.

It wasn't a five-star hotel, I will agree, but for young families who just started to build a life and searching for an economical vacation place, it is the best option. We got a vibe like we were at home. The staff acted with us politely and friendly. The biggest compliments to the reception employee who treated us in the best possible way. Talking about location all the places you can reach by public transport which is near the hotel. , Also You can enjoy the 15-minute walk to Lindau where You will find other public transport stations which can take You to Austria or even Switzerland or if You don't wanna You can chill in a shopping mall.

Very very welcoming and kind staff. I felt really welcomed and appreciated the kindness of the staff after another booking in Ueberlingen was cancelled. Breakfast was amazing and the place is amazingly clean. Staff were very tolerant and were receptive to allergies of my daughter.
I think its difficult to tell if we were booking one room or two rooms. It sounded like we booked two rooms but it ended up being one room with 3 beds. A little bit of clarity would have been appreciated. That did not change our experience at all.
