Super location directly at Lindau port.
Really nice Wellness according to the space possibilities of the hotel. Big roof sauna.
Parking is expensive but worth to pay it, because it was also possible to park the bikes. Comfortably close to hotel.
Breakfast was high quality and nicely arranged.
Nice cheese selection. Prosecco available.
Staff was super fast and friendly to serve the coffee.
During our 7 nights stay there was no change in the variety of the breakfast.
Noisy during the night due to location.
Not possible to sleep with open window.
But can be solved by closing the window that is well isolated.

Best Location in Lindau, super good food
You can't stay here in Summer as the temperatures in the rooms are way too hot, with no AirCon.
The Wellness Facilities can only be used in the afternoon.

First class service from staff the moment I entered! Complementary beer on arrival too! Great facilities the gym, steamroom, wellness areas and pool were excellent. The roof top sauna and infinity pool with amazing views of the lake and island is the crowning glory of the hotel. Amazing variety of breakfast selection best breakfast of my whole travels by far!!!

Large, clean room. Excellent breakfast! Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, within walking distance to old town, pier and train station.
No air conditioning! Too small of area for fabric free relaxation on roof. Not a good value for the money but with all things considered still a fantastic hotel.

Disappointing
The location was super but the hotel relies too heavily on it and disappoints in too many other areas, given the price. The gym was well-equipped and laid out.
Lack of aircon when paying over 300 per night for a room, the rooftop pool isnt a pool its a tub and you cant use it unless youre naked, the 20 per night car park because its 10 minutes away on foot and isnt security protected - essentially a patch of grass with a single beam wooden fence around it (it does have a remote lifting entrance barrier). The lift was stuffy. Our bathroom was incredibly hot, partly because the fridge is integrated into the wash-hand basin unit (?!), and the raised floor to the shower leaves very little headroom. The handheld shower attachment was broken and hanging off.

We upgraded the room and were very pleased with it and its location. The front desk staff were very helpful in finding a better room with AC to make us more comfortable. Some of the restaurant staff were very friendly, but others could be better.
