Wonderful lakeside location. Very good breakfast. Our room with a lake view and additional sitting room was stunning. Well, well kept and friendly staff. Wonderful saunas, steam room. Clean and peaceful ! A thank you to the kind gentleman at the restaurant that allowed us to take a slice of delicious peach cheesecake up to our room (apparently a no no?) so we could enjoy it in our living room in view of the lake and without the huge crowds !
The reception area was quite small and lacked seating. But this is a minor complaint. The parking lot with reserved parking for the guests is quite far away.

Very Good
The location was perfect, so close to the lake, too comfortable for family with a baby. The breakfast was very tasty and healthy at the same time, a very good moment to enjoy. Wellness Zone very clean and calm, total relaxing!
It was a little bit cold during the night with a little one even we have raised to the maximum the heating. At the toilet needed a trash can, not small plastic bags, that was under our expectations.

1. Location - on the lake shore, in the harbor, very quiet and romantic. Great view even for rooms without harbor view (I loved our street view). 2 min walk to the train station.
2. Pool area (underground, textile) - it's very small, but it's a great that it's available. We were mostly alone there so we enjoyed it. Steam sauna also very good and clean.
3. The most comfortable bed and pillows.
4. Staff - nice, always ready to help.
5. Top service - baby monitor, kid bathrobes, extra sauna towels, extra pillows available, lots of info provided.
6. Family friendly.
1. Pool is very cold. More like a plunge pool, than an onsen (onsen should be 40C btw).
2. Restaurant menu not to my liking. Carbonara had onions in it and food was mostly overpriced fast food (pitzza, pasta, burger).
3. Breakfast was good for a 3 star, but I would expect better from a 4 star hotel.
4. Top floor sauna and jacuzzi is a textile free area. The terrace is small, but the view is awesome.
5. Towels are not of the same quality as everything else. The fabric was rough and not comfortable on the skin.

It would be nice to have a proper lounge area - the area upstairs outside the spa is not a relaxing place to sit and chat/read, etc. The naked spa area should be switched with downstairs spa, so that it is possible to choose if you have one or the other.

The location is great—just at the harbor. The breakfast exceeded our expectations—it was delicious for every taste and diet! The room was a bit cold, but that was okay. I would stay again with my family there, for sure!

Location is ideal. The staff is outstanding.
The outdoor sauna was superb. The breakfast buffet was good and it looks out at the harbor. The room had a nice balcony with two chairs. We used one of the chairs inside.
The shower was the best I’ve had in Europe!
The room was a bit unusual. Small shelf next to the bed but I like a bed stand. No outlets at the bed. The shower was great, but the huge tub was pretty useless. A better use of that space would be a small lounge. The bath fan was loud.
Arrival by car requires pulling up to the hotel entrance and then backing up to drive to a parking area. It can be very congested at the hotel entrance.
