The room temperature was hotter than the temperature outside. We found it difficult to sleep even with the window being wide open.

When we booked this hotel, we had pretty low expectations after reading the reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised during our stay. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic! Definitely worth the price.
The AC in the room was pretty loud, we could not sleep with the AC on.

One of the lady staff at the reception is either incompetent and uqualified to be a frontdesk officer/receptionist or racist. Nasty attitude, one word response to my inquiries even when I see her explain things to whites.

the breakfast was nice and the staff was very kind
-Walls are paperthin, you can hear every word they speak in the neighboring room -Very dusty carpet/curtains: kept me coughing all night - very old, uncomfortable mattress, painful waking up -due to the traffic and problems with our car, we expected to be late, and were offered no help in case we arrive after 10pm, so I assume theres no receptionist at all at night -Wi-Fi signal very weak, unusable

Car parking in the basement was charged. The free parking was available in the area of a shopping mall which was at a distance and was not accessible- as it involved a long detour and a few steps.
