Location is excellent, right in the city centre. Room is good, the funny thing is that the shower has transparent glass wals - romantic but not practical, when you travel with friends/colleagues.
Breakfast was OK, standart continental without too much choice but OK.

My room was very clean, the shower was awesome! The room as a whole was very nice. Staff was friendly, helpful and very pleasant to interact with.

It looks like a budget hotel, but it well above that. Prices vary, but I got a good rate.

The location is excellent, right in the city center. Breakfast was pretty good, with a nice variety of cheeses, meats, fish, and eggs, and it’s served until 11 a.m. on Sunday, which is very convenient. The 24/7 free coffee bar was also a pleasant addition. The shower in the bathroom was great, with a thermostat and strong water pressure, although the bath cabin itself is quite small.
The room lacked some basic amenities such as a refrigerator, toothbrushes, vanity kits, or slippers. There was no phone to contact reception and no complimentary water. The toilet was very small and had no ventilation. There were only a few power sockets in the room, and one of them was not working.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location in the city center, close to Main Station. Coffee and croissants for free in the morning. Our room was so big and clean. We liked it very much.

Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. The location is excellent, next to the train station and the center.
The hotel provides free coffee, tea, and pastries throughout the day.
Staff is very friendly
Maybe more toiletries would be great (only soap). A small fridge would also be great.

I enjoyed the breakfast however I would like more fruit eg bananas and the watermelon was limited so didn't get to have any for breakfast
It would be nice if some complimentary water could be put in room as have had this in other hotels and quite expensive to purchase from vending machine also the hand wash gel was no fully topped up when we arrived for our stay and ran out before the end of the stay.

The hotel is located very close to the main station and right in front of a busy tram station - the connection to the rest of the city is splendid. The rooms were small, but pleasantly clean. I really did like the funky glass cube shower. Definitely a solid pick for a night or two.
The furnishings were pretty barebones - no wardrobe and no safe in my room. Not a problem if you're staying for a couple of nights tops, though.
