Nice interesting design, good looking, good location
It could be cleaner, it was dusty and someone knocked the door to the room, and we didn’t expect anyone, also everything is visible, because the windows are to the main road and the shower/bathtube and everything were in one room, so I should go and close the curtains and I wanted some sun from outside) so it is a big minus of a room

Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location in the city center, close to Main Station. Coffee and croissants for free in the morning. Our room was so big and clean. We liked it very much.

The best choice in Berlin! Very nice and clean rooms, Check Point Charlie in 2 minutes distance. Very patience and kind ladies at the reception! i can just recommend the hotel!

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel has comfortable seating area incide and outside.
We got free tea & coffee in the lobby, which was very nice after a day of walking :)
It's not comfortable to sleep with the open windows, as the tram line is right in front of the hotel. But I have to say that air-conditioning is working well and is rather quite, so it's not a problem to sleep.

Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. The location is excellent, next to the train station and the center.
The hotel provides free coffee, tea, and pastries throughout the day.
Staff is very friendly
Maybe more toiletries would be great (only soap). A small fridge would also be great.

room, 100% conform description, no complaints there. cleanliness ok, except behind the tv, theres a probably 2 year build up on dust. kinda disgusting
location: perfect, in 2 mins in city center
the dust behind the tv was appalling, dont think anyone has been there the last 2 years

Very fine service. Free coffee. Good room.
There is a parking possibility but not to enough cars, so we had to park close to the Zoo. ZooPark. 500 m away.
