The apartment was super clean and most of the things needed was there. The facility owners was very quick to respond when we reported the heating was not working properly? the brought us fans to warm ourselves.
The heating was broken when we got to the flat and the aolution was only possible next day at 9am. After 6 mins of hearing this, we called and told them they should not come and they came and knocked the door so much that we woke up. A more attention to communication would be better. Also there was a filter coffee machine but no coffee to use that. At least filter coffee for 1 use would be a great gesture.

The location is right in the center of town, near Nikolai Church. Access to the property is easy, but it is also set back from the main traffic, so feels secure and safe from riff-raff. The roof is lovely, and made for a third level to the split-level apartment. I had a toilet on both floors, and a very nice washing machine. Bed was quite comfortable and the apartment was well-lit with nice windows and french doors. Quiet, too.
The dishes in the cupboards were filthy. I'm not sure whether that is the previous tenants, or the staff; but wash everything before you use it!

This was a nice place to stay -- comfortable, clean, modern. I appreciated that there was a washing machine!
I'm not complaining, but there are a couple things you should know before booking or arriving. 1. This is a split level unit, with stairs. If you're mobility impaired, you should be aware of that. 2. The blinds give you privacy, but don't keep out the light. I ended up using my airplane sleeping mask. 3. Bring your amenities, I mean, like shampoo and conditioner.

The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, everything there that one needs. The best though, is the location. Easy to find from the railway station, on one of Leipzig's many busy streets, everything you want to do or see is within walking distance. Baker, supermarket and good restaurant all within the Hof but nonetheless quiet and peaceful even in the week before Christmas. Thanks to Jackie and her team for easy but secure access, cleanliness and no fuss organisation. PS, the price was unbeatable.

Very large and very comfortable bed. Underfloor heating very welcome as freezing outside. Great location in the heart of Leipzig.
No English channels available on TV or English subtitles. Only music channel for short time. No oven trays or steak knives would be useful...only had piece of grease proof paper.

It is a proper apartment with big space, equipped with kitchen, dining, living room with TV, washing machine etc. Balcony located in the top floor (2 flights of stairs) is a bonus.
Has everything except basic toiletries necessities such as Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Gel & Toothbrush kit (for emergency). The lady who came to check us out was notably disappointed, asked us more then 3x if we’re supposed to check out at 11AM or beyond that, because we have not taken our things out of the apartment in time. Wished she was more understanding given the extensive length of walk to get our things to the lift, car and back. To get to apartment 417, we had to park in the parking space available right next to the building. Take the lift to go down, go to another building and then take the lift up again and walk outside the long hallway to the previous building. Extra tedious, too complicated so if you have several luggages one should be extra understanding (more so of you are the agent or caretaker of the apartment) that things will take time to come in and out of this apartment.
