My flight got cancelled and I had to get from Leipzig to Frankfurt to get my connection home. The reception staff member on duty was hugely supportive, it was raining and he gave me an umbrella to get to the station and was genuinely lovely when I was very stressed!
The only thing I can think of is that the roof bar should have been open later!

The view was great
The breakfast was ok.
This is not value for money. The room was too small, the are scratches on the walls and furniture, the sockets were loose. One can easily hear what happens in the next room and in the corridor.

I recently stayed at the Westin in Leipzig for a business trip, and I was impressed. The hotel consistently delivers excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a productive atmosphere, making it my go-to choice whenever I’m in Leipzig for business travel. Highly recommended.
