Location and the reception
Let’s say, the hotel has had its best times quite some time ago and for the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and bathrooms it isn’t worth the money anymore. And it all peeked at 10 Euro extra for the pool. But I guess the latter is kinda usual “profit optimization”. Breakfast was expensive, went outside in one of the many restaurants.
