It was clean, nice. We didn't have a kid, but the room was fully equipped so much that we wished to have a kid. :D
We had an impression from photos that the bedroom and kitchen/ living room are separated rooms. But it is actually a one room apartment.

Inside spacious and comfortable. Nice shower and good kitchen utensils.
Hallway dirty and garbage at the entrance. The Appartement is located right next to the parking and logistical hub of the hospital next door. Trucks are being cleared at night.

THe main room has high ceiling and is lovely
It was really warm. I could not access the gym which was an expected feature. A bit of activity in the neighbourhood due to the hospital.

Well-equipped, large, good bathroom. Staff were very helpful when I left valuables on vacating the apartment.
Slight inconvenience of having to collect the key at a different location to the apartment, particularly as we arrived quite late after a long journey

Hosts are incredibly helpful, even on Sunday we could solve a small problem with collecting keys. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations, really spacious, fully usable kitchen, comfortable living area, and there even was a small corner dedicated for toddlers.
The city center is some 20min walking distance away, which has to be taken into account when booking this place for touristic purposes. So as grocery stores are a good walking distance away.

Very modern. Totally spotless. Comfortable bed. Open and Airy. Quiet! FREE Parking!
Picking up the keys was difficult. I have not experienced the system of going someplace else to get a key and gain entry. The instructions did not give a street house number to get the key. I walked around the street and finally tried to get into a real estate office on the street which was the right guess. The door was locked but I finally got a code and went in. The key to my place for the night was in a lock box which was also a little hard to fifgure out, but I finally did get the key

We are very satisfied with our stay in Silentio Apartments. The communication with the host was easy and we were even able to check-in and out at a time, convenient to us. The self check in was new to us, but it was quite easy. The apartment was very nice and there was everything that you need. Our daughter was especially happy with the plenty of toys and books, which were in the apartment. And although you are quite near to the hospital, it was quiet. The only problem that we had, was with the parking spot. It turns out that it is shared with another apartment and it was already occupied when we arrived. We had to park at a paid public parking nearby, but our costs were completely covered afterwards. We would definitely stay again.
There is nothing to complain of.
