Very crowded, almost no place in breakfast serving area, hard to catch a place. TV didn’t work. Asked several times to fix it but it was not done till I left the facility.

Very Good
Location provides easy access to transport links and is an easy walk to town center. Hotel is on a narrow street parallel to a busy avenue. Inside, hotel decor has a quiet, retro elegance. Good cocktail bar with comfortable seating and simple fare adjacent to the reception area. Basement restaurant serves the buffet breakfast and at night, offers an excellent dinner selection. Hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and also friendly.

The room was large, spacious, and very comfortable, and the location is excellent - right across from the main train station and within easy walking distance of lovely shops, cafés, and the old town. Overall, it was a good stay, but it could have been better with a few improvements.
The service was inconsistent: some staff did not speak English, which made communication difficult at times. There was no coffee, tea, or kettle in the room, though we were able to get drinks at the bar downstairs and from the bakery on the corner. We also noticed a sulfur smell from the sink and bathtub along with some plumbing issues, and the mini-fridge turned off when we left the room, which unfortunately spoiled our food.

The location is fantastic and convenient! The room , the shower was nice and clean!
Once I opened the cabinet next to the fridge with the hope of finding a coffee machine, I discovered a McDonalds full of left overs l/trash I suppose from the prior hotel guests! I don’t think that was a big of a deal, but I thought that a room can be clean so quick that some details can be forgotten!

Such a nice property! I was amazed at how quiet it was given its proximity to the train station! The staff was excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable. A/C worked very well. Pillows were nice. Our room had a nice bathtub which was nice after a long day. Plenty of counter space in bath. The best part was breakfast! The breakfast room in the basement and is an amazing assortment of food! Everything you could want and more! Worth whatever I paid. The wait staff at breakfast was amazing too!

Nice value hotel near the train station and central to most sites. Comfortable, quiet, and well equipped room. Many good restaurants to chose from.
The shower in the room was not private and just located inside the front door to the room, not in an enclosed bathroom. Fine as long as you are alone or with someone you are comfortable with. And nobody opens your room door while you are showering. Not a big deal, but a bit odd.

The location was great next to the Leipzig Hbf, and the room was very quiet and had air conditioning which was really nice as we visited in the summer. The breakfast had many great options, and the staff was very friendly.

Wonderful
Couldn’t have a better location across from the train station and near the town center. We were upgraded to a suite with his and hers closets and separate seating area. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was incredibly quiet. The breakfast was excellent with many options which we sampled over 5 days. The staff was amazingly efficient and attentive in clearing tables.
The only problem was the tub that my wife felt was too slippery without grab bars.
