The location is perfect
Very crowded, almost no place in breakfast serving area, hard to catch a place.
TV didn’t work. Asked several times to fix it but it was not done till I left the facility.

Location provides easy access to transport links and is an easy walk to town center. Hotel is on a narrow street parallel to a busy avenue. Inside, hotel decor has a quiet, retro elegance. Good cocktail bar with comfortable seating and simple fare adjacent to the reception area. Basement restaurant serves the buffet breakfast and at night, offers an excellent dinner selection. Hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and also friendly.

I am very sensitive to hotel rooms being too cold - this was not the case here. Our room had all the necessary amenities and as a little bit of luxury - there was quite a lot of space.
Our room had and open bathroom, i.e. there was no door between the bedroom and the bathroom. Only the lavatory itself was closed-off by a door. That's a little bit suboptimal from the point of view of privacy.

Very clean and spacious, ideally situated only a step away from local amenities and transport links.
Guests of the room next door were sadly very noisy playing loud music every morning! Soundproofing is minimal.

Staff was really nice, I was able to do early check-in and everything work perfectly!
I was not able to turn the fan on the room off, I asked the staff and unfortunately the also could not turn it off. It was a shame because it needed to be on, in order for have the heating on

Great welcome from the staff and they were also very helpful with any questions we had. Lovely rooms, cosy and comfortable and easy walking distance to the old town centre. Great breakfast and we also had cake and coffee in the bar, again wonderful staff. Design of rooms was very tasteful
We liked everything and would not hesitate to come back.
