Excellent location some 300m from Gewandhaus and city centre. Polite reception staff. Good and practical car parking on a closed yard near to the building. It was easy to arrange self-catering with a number of supermarkets around (NB they are all closed on Sundays!)
There was no breakfast option at all, which was not clear when we made the booking. The reason of that may be that we had a corner room on the 4th floor (NB with nice view to everything around) for 3 persons, which was already a bit crowded that way. In the bathroom there was no door for the shower, so we made wet everything around...

Great location and spacious.
The toilet had bad ventilation and somehow every-time I returned back to the room - it was stinking. So had to open windows every-time.

The layout of the room was good and it was a very quiet environment
The staff did not change our towels even though we put them in the shower. If some of the TV channels were in English, it would be far better. Nice stay though!

Property is very clean, staff was great, they welcomed us and explained all about the neighborhood how to get to the city center, etc. The reserved parking place in the hotel's backyard was very usefull.

We particularly liked the hotel because we needed two bedrooms because we were travelling with my sister. One door gets you into a room leading into two bedrooms and a bathroom. This worked very. One of the rooms has a kitchenette which enabled us to cook breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
This was not a negative for us, but they do not offer a breakfast buffet. However they do offer a delivered to your door breakfast.

The location is excellent; you can walk there from the central station. The facilities are superb, everything is clean and in its place. I would like to highlight the professionalism and friendliness of the reception staff.
