Good location, within walking distance of the city centre and also close to tram stops. Friendly owners. The air conditioning, which we paid extra for, worked well. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable apart from the pillows.
There was a bad smell in the room which we didn't report until the next day because we thought it would go away. After we reported it it was resolved immediately. The shower was not very comfortable because you had to stand close to the tap and kept catching it and there was nowhere to put toiletries, which incidentally were not provided. The air conditioning was really necessary because we couldn't have the windows open at night because of the noise from the trams. The pillow was too soft and had no support.

Perfect location. Spacious parking. Old-fashioned furniture and atmosphere. I can recommend it for a stay.
Nothing serious. But there are some oddities, like : - Missing a shower curtain is impractical. - There's only soap - shampoos and gels need to be brought by guests. - A fine if guests do not wash the dishes - how hygienic is it to trust guests to wash the dishes? )) But in general it's a good hotel.

Excellent location some 300m from Gewandhaus and city centre. Polite reception staff. Good and practical car parking on a closed yard near to the building. It was easy to arrange self-catering with a number of supermarkets around (NB they are all closed on Sundays!)
There was no breakfast option at all, which was not clear when we made the booking. The reason of that may be that we had a corner room on the 4th floor (NB with nice view to everything around) for 3 persons, which was already a bit crowded that way. In the bathroom there was no door for the shower, so we made wet everything around...

Great location and spacious.
The toilet had bad ventilation and somehow every-time I returned back to the room - it was stinking. So had to open windows every-time.
