Nice and clean rooms, convinient location
Couldn't get anything to eat when we wanted to check out around 11.45 am. The restaurant serves any food only after 12 noon. Try to keep at least some items to eat in a restaurant for simevody who wants early lunch and Check-out

Central location.
Room cleaning on request only. Not advertised. Shower floor very slippery. No mats available. No air conditioning. Window opened onto enclosed space. As a result room very warm and airless. Very difficult to sleep.

We much appreciated that we could bring our four dogs for a special pet charge. We first had some bumps with the staff, but a great guy at the front desk promptly made changes to that, and made sure we had a comfort stay.
There was a major conference, and the hotel did not do a good job, signing for the conference and the other guests, it created quite a trouble with elevators and parking spaces, and general use of the common areas. We did not like that the toilet doors can't be fully closed. The air cooler system (not air conditioner) did not work in our first room, and when we first brought this to the front desk, the staff was very negative, however they quickly admitted to their mistake and upgraded us to a room with a working air cooling system.

The room was quite worn-out, air-conditioning not sufficient and really uncomfortable beds. Very soft mattresses, cheap bedding like in the hospital.

Very wide variety at breakfast, spacious and stylish room, toilet separated from the shower by a sliding door, central location.
The most important thing that really shocked and disappointed us is that the hotel blatantly lies about having air conditioning. They simply don't have one, which in itself is rather common for German hotels, but we never expected a Radisson (the chain we've always loved and prioritised for our stays) to say they offer something they don't actually have. What they have is an imperceptible ceiling air supply (not cool air, just room temperature one). Despite being set to max airflow, the room temperature never dropped below 23 and even rose by almost 1 degree during our 1-night stay, although it was not that hot outside. This does not make for comfortable sleeping. It's very loud in the room, as the hotel faces a really busy street with lots of trams and other traffic, and given there's no AC, you have to open the window sometimes. The breakfast room gets uncomfortably overcrowded really fast, even if you come at 7 am. The bed is rather hard.

The location of the hotel is super. The breakfast is great and filling. The room is large, the view was gorgeous.
Room cleaning. If you don't ask/remind. There will be no cleaning at all. It would be good to take out the trash at least every day. The water pressure in the sink is too weak. There are catastrophically few sockets. There is only one socket near the bed. Basicly only two sockets for charging.
