Ok location. Very quiet room. Clean. Nice breakfast and the restaurant food was ok too.
Didnt feel welcome. No daily cleaning, you have to schedule it the day befor. I simply didnt have the time to do that so my room was dirty almost every day. Some of the staff was rude and didnt know about basic functions like laundry so one said another and the next one the other. Also no signs warning about Pentecost and how everything would be closed. I ended up having 3 days without laundry service and had to pack dirty clothes with me. Nobody even asked if I liked the stay. I feel ignored. Not coming back.

It was pretty spacious. The staff listened to our requests.
The carpet was full of dirty spots. The wardrobe is way too tiny for 2 or 3 guests, only enough space for 1 person for a few nights. 1 window was broken and was falling into my arms as i tried to open it. The window was full of slimy spots and mold. Under the bed and couch was a lot of trash from the previous visitor. The air-conditioning was not working. I explained this to the staff but we couldn't move to a different room for some reason.

Love this hotel. Breakfast is excellent. Beds are comfy. showers are great. Saff are lovely location is really good. Cocktails are perfect. Burgers are delicious. Pool is a godsend Whole place has a lovely vibe
Jacuzzi was out of order and apparently has been for about 4 months. Despite notice saying its being fixed. It clearly isn't. Air con in the room doesn't really work, revolving door at entrance wasn't working,

The breakfast variety is very good - they even served beans for a full English. The hotel is very pet friendly - we had no issues staying with our dog. The check out is at 12:00 - probably the first place we've seen to do that without extra charge.

The location is good, the main public transport station is short walk away. 24/7 gym is a great bonus.
The cleanliness of the room could be better, the carpet in the room was covered with old stains.

Nice hotel, there was everything we needed. It was modest, so no unnecessary equipment in the room, but we had everything we needed. Instead of minibar they have small self-service shelf near reception, which is even better due to bigger variety of goods and ease of access. There was a swimming pool available 24/7, a bit challenge how to get bathrobe and towels (no instructions in the room), but eventually we found everything on the main reception.
Air conditioning / ventilation should be checked. The lowest level did not change much of the air, but medium level was already quite heavy (also noisy).

Pentahotels never disappoint. I wish there would be more Pentahotels in Europe. Huge rooms and an extraordinary breakfast. We have stayed in Pentahotels across 3 countries and we are always very happy with our choice of booking.

Good
Large and comfortable room, it was really silent. Everything worked as expected. Breakfast was good. a lot of choices. Location is great. The staff was really good. Perfect!
It should be a bit cleaner. The carpet needs a change. There were lot of handprints on the window and a lot of dust on the lights of the mirror in the bathroom. Bread role was a bit dry, and the fried egg was to long on the buffet. It was like rubber.
