The atmosphere down stairs was good. Nothing wow, but good place, good vibes
Almost everything. The room was smaller then i ordered. The tv was only german with nothing special, i mean for an hotel, there will be people outside from germany there not only germans... anyway, the heating did not work, i called service he came like 30 min later, the worst part he just opened the door with the key without even nocking. I meqn yea he nocked my point is he went alone inside... anyway he spoke 0 english, with my poor german tried to explain for him to wait 1 min so i can change. I came out he was gone. Anyway did not bother to call them again since the service was anyway just sooo shit. I ordered room with an big one bed. I especialy texted them to make sure i get an one big bed. They answered quick and said yes no worry. I arrived the room was with two beds ?, i was gonna go down beat the arogant bearded man ass that gave me the room, but of course did not. Then on the site it says free parking, well they lying obviously since i paid 24€ per day. Be careful guys dont and just dont take this hotel as an option. I give u my advice! My advice! Also now i see that i could share photos here, i was so discussed that i was shy to make photo from the hotel so someone doesent laugh at me. But i should have done it and post it here

Clean, spacious room with a lovely view of the city. Really central location, close to the main train station, supermarket, old center, while still being quiet.
The pool is rather small overall. Works if you're only there with friends, family but gets tight if there's more than 2 - 3 people.

Centrality, nice staff. 24 hr pool. Art gallery. Air conditioning.
The atmosphere is dark. Elevators left dysfunctional. Not allowed to use stairs. Small rooms. Must use key card for every elevator lift. The guests were unhappy. Crowded breakfast. One cappuccino machine for na entire hotel. The guests were miserable, complained about the time it took elevators to arrive, complained about breakfast lines. I’ve never been around such unhappy travelers. The hotel attracts a lot of older guests and families although it seems geared towards to younger, affluent professionals. Odd atmosphere.

The Hotel was big and very cozy. Rezeption and bar was giving a good vibe. On the night if our stay it was a party till late and we were able to enjoy it. That gave the Hotel a big bonus from our part and we forgot that we were not satisfied with the room.
The room was not like expected compared to price. In the end I would say that we will come again because of the swimming pool and vibe at night time.

room was large and quiet, as requested. breakfast was absolutely huge and very plentiful. the bar/reception area feels open and inclusive, very nice.
our son forgot his soft toy in the room and we called and emailed straight away to inform the staff but housekeeping was unable to locate it which I found strange and disappointing.

It’s very convenient location. I like my room as it’s very close to gym’s elevator. Love the location as nearby everywhere. Lobby’s Restaurant is good and reasonable prices.
1) the gym’s is actually never closed 2) the shelf from the room entrance was too sharp! I even accidentally hurt myself when I walked out from the restroom towards to the door then my right knee hit directly to the corner of the shelf and is was pain like hell ???

Sauna was good. Shower is great as well!
Changing room for sauna or pool is really bad! It does not match at all the quality of the rest of the hotel facilities. It is a surprisingly uncomfortable room to change in. We just changed in your hotel room instead.
