I booked thus place for my father. I remember my son said the entrance through the bar. Maybe someone doesn’t like it. But my father spent a very good 5 night there. Comfortable location, comfortable bed and friendly price

Disappointing
The location was nice and quiet. Not far from the central station.
We were not aware that we would have door to door neighbors with whom we'd have to share the bathroom with. They too, were not informed about having to share the facilities and neither were they informed about our dog. Luckily, they loved our dog.
We later realized, that the information about having to share the facilities is on the page. However, we only found this said information on the bottom of the page. There was a box which included information such as the kitchen being shared and that there is a TV etc. This box did not include the information about the shared bathroom. You'd have to scroll down quite a bit in order to find this information. We went downstairs to the receptionist to address the issue. She, in a very stubborn manner, told us it is very clearly written that the facilities are shared. Not wanting to argue with her, we asked if there was any way we could switch to another room with a private bathroom. She said they are fully booked out. My partner and I then booked another stay and left the property. A few days later, I called the owner only to find out that there will be no refund and that we actually could have moved to another room with a private bathroom and kitchen. It is truly upsetting that this information wasn't presented to us. We would have happily moved to a private, clean apartment with the extra costs. But instead, the receptionist decided to lie to us. So basically, we threw money out the window. Hope you guys spend it well :)
Furthermore, they have a Call a Pizza place next to the reception. So she's going back and forth from making pizzas to checking people into their rooms. I can't help but wonder, why didn't she at least give us a pizza ?
As far as cleanliness goes in this room, let's just say, I would not lay my head on that pillow.

Very good location only 15 min. from main station. Very friendly staff, even when I arrived quite late in the evening to the location.

15 minutes by tram from central station and city centre, very good price for what is offered, three rooms share equipped kitchen and very nice terrace
You can smell quite strong feces from the yard that goes inside

The place is very close to a tram stop, cafes, and supermarkets. I liked the big room, the kitchen, and the bathroom.

The property was in good location, quiet neighborhood. The staff from the pizza helped us with the check-in and actually offered a better room than the one on the site (only room for 4 appeared as available).
The only problem was that we left on Sunday, early in the morning and there was no one to talk to. But we did not have time to discuss this the day before
It was as expected. A bit noisy because of the tram, but we knew about that, so no surprise.

Rooms are realy separate so travel with coleage is so convieniant. Good view from balcony
expected access to internet but had to use my phone as hotspot instead. Not a big deal, was good stay anyway.
