Big room. All rooms and the garage are accessible by lift. Friendly staff. At the edge of the old town, and very close to the station.
Breakfast is overpriced for quality. There are multiple bakeries within 3min walk that sell better for less

The location in the city center, everything is close on foot, the room was cozy and bright, the lobby is large and spacious, good breakfast, hotel parking lot

Good location. Adequate breakfast.
Had some sleepless nights. The hotel has a shared courtyard with other hotels and young people from other hotels partied in the courtyard in the early hours keeping us awakefor hours. The Vienna Hose Easy has no control over guests from other hotels in the courtyard but we felt that the hotel should have reached agreement with all users of the courtyard to limit access past 10pm as the courtyard is an echo chamber for half the hotel rooms. Due to this problem we would not use Vienna Hotel Easy again.

Okayish breakfast, separated toilet and bathroom, lot of storage space given the size of the room. The staff in the lobby bar was really nice. Location is really central and I didn’t feel unsafe.
The hotel is huge and the facilities do not scale up. Two badly programmed elevators were really not enough, breakfast is always crowded. What really annoyed me was the reception staff. I have enquired multiple weeks ago regarding the parking situation; I was told there is a garage and while they cannot reserve a spot for me (why, idk), there is another parking garage we can use, this wouldn’t be an issue. Upon arriving to Leipzig we learned quickly that both garages are full and there is really no space to even quickly stop the car, unload and park somewhere. While we were circling around for 20 minutes, I have tried to reach the reception to ask where should we park. Nobody picked up. We ended up finding a small, probably private, parking garage, where we ended up having to pay 50€ for one night of parking (!!!). Upon check in I asked whether there is any resolution and why they haven’t picked up. I was told there is some sports event and I should wait for 4 hours and try again. I explained we have been driving for 6 hours that day already and I really don’t feel like having to repark the car at 11 in the evening. I was given a shrug, no explanation why they haven’t picked up nor any constructive suggestion how to solve the situation. I understand the lack of space in the garage is not the receptionists fault, however, just brushing me off without any suggestion for help (paying 20€ for parking 1 and then on top 22€ for the hotel parking and having to stay up late is… yeah not really a reasonable suggestion) is really not something i’d expect in a 4* hotel and the answer to my inquiry prior to my arrival regarding the parking should’ve been more informative. One pillow is something ľve seen last time in a hostel, not in a 3+ star hotel. And the cosmetic mirror was mounted in a way i couldn’t see myself at all and while im short, im not THAT short. While the bathroom was clean and relatively large, the shelf on the shower was broken.
