Okayish breakfast, separated toilet and bathroom, lot of storage space given the size of the room. The staff in the lobby bar was really nice. Location is really central and I didn’t feel unsafe.
The hotel is huge and the facilities do not scale up. Two badly programmed elevators were really not enough, breakfast is always crowded. What really annoyed me was the reception staff. I have enquired multiple weeks ago regarding the parking situation; I was told there is a garage and while they cannot reserve a spot for me (why, idk), there is another parking garage we can use, this wouldn’t be an issue. Upon arriving to Leipzig we learned quickly that both garages are full and there is really no space to even quickly stop the car, unload and park somewhere. While we were circling around for 20 minutes, I have tried to reach the reception to ask where should we park. Nobody picked up. We ended up finding a small, probably private, parking garage, where we ended up having to pay 50€ for one night of parking (!!!). Upon check in I asked whether there is any resolution and why they haven’t picked up. I was told there is some sports event and I should wait for 4 hours and try again. I explained we have been driving for 6 hours that day already and I really don’t feel like having to repark the car at 11 in the evening. I was given a shrug, no explanation why they haven’t picked up nor any constructive suggestion how to solve the situation. I understand the lack of space in the garage is not the receptionists fault, however, just brushing me off without any suggestion for help (paying 20€ for parking 1 and then on top 22€ for the hotel parking and having to stay up late is… yeah not really a reasonable suggestion) is really not something i’d expect in a 4* hotel and the answer to my inquiry prior to my arrival regarding the parking should’ve been more informative. One pillow is something ľve seen last time in a hostel, not in a 3+ star hotel. And the cosmetic mirror was mounted in a way i couldn’t see myself at all and while im short, im not THAT short. While the bathroom was clean and relatively large, the shelf on the shower was broken.

This is my third time at this hotel, and yeah that tells a lot i guess, if it was not good enough i would not have stayed there, so all good, it's really good with nice location
i'm not sure, but whatever i saw on the pictures during the booking, i don't even remember, there should have been a small sofa i guess, or something like that, and it was missing, and also previouse times there was a small refrigirator if i'm not mistaken, but thise time there was none, maybe even before it was not there, i'm really not sure but i noticed it this time, so it would be cool to have it in the room

Perfect location, clean rooms, normal breakfast.
Breakfast was poor, not of the best quality. We booked two rooms, arrived in the morning around 12 o'clock. We were promised that the rooms would be ready by 3 o'clock. But then we still had to wait in the lobby for about an hour and only after making long and big complaints, because we were tired after a long journey, were we given other rooms. It is impossible to open the window to the courtyard because the workers start screaming there early every morning.

Great value, good breakfast, the 95m2 suite was huge, with enough space for probably 8 people, including 2.5 baths. Convenient parking. Lots of food close by.
The suite smelled like eggs and was overall kind of stale. The decor is not for everyone, felt like it was trying too hard to be quirky and fun. Would be great to have a car charger in the garage.

I only got a good deal on booking, when on the Wyndham app the room was way more expensive, I understand family rooms are bigger so that means not for the room but I just wish it would be priced around the same as the regular rooms so it is more inviting for people with bigger families like myself

The property is very nice place, with great location. It’s beautifully decorated with a lot of plants and different sitting areas that you can relax and plan your journey.
The staff and general workers from breakfast area are polite, professional and friendly. Breakfast was incredible good, a log of variety food, vegans too.
We want to highlight the service and help from reception staff David and Alex who received us always with great smile, his help to explore the city was amazing. Also we want to stand up for Salah, a nice and professional bartender that was helping us in many ways.
The Vienna House Easy Hotel is a very pleasant place to stay, immaculate clean!

We felt welcomed from the minute we walked in the door. The fruit water by the front door is awesome! Also, I noticed there were bikes and asked about them...FREE rental! Loved every minute we were in this place.
The lobby became a bit crowded with the tour group arrivals. It cleared out quickly, but we knew there were a ton of people there for the breakfast buffet. It's okay to have tour groups though...don't really mind them.

It was great. Clean. Breakfast was great. There is a small pond out back. We had breakfast there. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Location was great. There is free water infused with fruit and veggies.
My friend wished there were slippers. I found everything I needed though.

Location is excellent, just across the street from the train station and in close proximity to central shopping area and main attractions. The staff is really nice and helpful.
The room does not seem to have AC. When the windows are closed the room feels too warm and stuffy. The bathroom is a bit small, but nevertheless very clean.

Breakfast was visually appealing with a great variety of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, jam & honey, pastries, drinks, warm stuff like eggs/sausage/pancakes, and fruit. Spacious eating area with multiple seating zones in different styles. The room was very comfortable with nice decorations, convenient electrical outlets, shelving, a working desk, a relaxing chair. They gave little gifts each day you skipped housekeeping. Location was like 3 minutes from the tracks of the main train station; and just on the edge of old town.
My room overlooked a street with tram noise; and one night an angry man was shouting on the street for two hours (not the hotel's fault). The elevators require a keycard to operate: sometimes the card didn't work.

The location of the property was excellent. It was close to all the sights and also the main train station in Leipzig.
The lack of amenities and toiletries was a little disappointing.
