We had breakfast included in our booking, but when we arrived at the hotel, the reception staff informed us that it wasn’t included. After I showed them the reservation, they said it was a mistake in their system and that we indeed had breakfast. They promised to update it in their system.
The next morning, when we went to get coffee from the breakfast buffet, the staff at the entrance refused to let us in because we didn’t have breakfast. They told us to leave.
Unfortunately, we were not allowed to have breakfast at all during our stay.

Perfect location, right opposite the amazing Rathaus, a lot of attractions are in walking distance. Great park in the neigbourhood, which is an advantage when you travel with dogs. Nice gift package in the room for the fury friends :)
