Amazing location. View from the room was amazing . Very modern and comfortable. Underground parking (22 EUR).

Clean, modern room with A/C, fabulous view of Neues Rathaus, centrally located, 2 short blocks from Thomaskirche. Things are cheaper in Leipzig than in the Western part of Germany, but it is just as nice. Lots to do here.

Breakfast is really subpar for a 4 star hotel. Rather basic but worst of all by far- the scrambled eggs are horrible- either made of powder or fried on a disgusting oil, or both. Luckily the staff made me scrambled eggs individually, per my request, and it was better. Also the cakes- you can really taste they are cheap with lots of chemicals.

Superb front desk service anticipated my needs as if by telepathy over a slightly complicated booking combining the event I attended and subsequent extra days for my sightseeing.
If I can think of anything it would be to have fluffier towels.

Good location in the center of Leipzig. Spacious, modern bathroom.
The rooms are very small—just a bit of space around the bed. The seem even smaller since you have to draw the curtains close in front of the nice large windows, since most rooms open onto a mall, with people riding escalators right out side your window. There’s no privacy if you leave the curtains open, so it’s oppressive inside, with only artificial light. There is no coffeemaker or espresso machine in the room, only a water kettle and instant coffee. The breakfast buffet is nice, but there is no decaffeinated coffee option.

The location was perfect for the purpose I visited Leipzig, which was to explore the Thomaskirche and surrounding area. The room was comfortable, the staff helpful, and the breakfast had a number of great options.
