The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room's view was great. The facilities in the room were adequate.
The bed and pillows didn't provide good support to one's back and neck. The rain shower head didn't operate properly. The basin seemed to be mostly blocked, it took a very long time to drain water.

Large suite.
Very, very clean.
Doggie treat box and welcome card for our pet. Bed and food and water bowl all set up ready for our arrival. Perfect touch.

The location was breathtaking, our room had a magnificent view of the Rathaus. Only a short distance from the Christmas markets.
