The room was clean and had lovely view. The hotel is in the center, and there was a Christmas market right in front of it. We had so much fun.

The location was excellent, with perfect access to the Christmas markets, making it very convenient for sightseeing.
The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay very pleasant.
The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely like to stay here again.
No negatives at all.

Extremely bad customer service and in room cleaning service.
I was unsatisfied with the service. The room was not cleaned despite multiple reminders. Room was booked for 3 persons but prepared only for 2. After multiple reminders were offered extra blanket and towels
