Rooms renovated and clean.
We came with small kid who was tired and crying, queue at the reception desk was long and only one person working. No one offered to check in us faster and give us the key to the room.

We booked a triple room at NH Leipzig Messe for a much-needed rest after a 12-hour drive. Upon arrival, the reception told us we had booked a double room, only admitting their mistake after I insisted they check Booking.com.
We were never informed in advance about renovations. From the moment we arrived, loud hammering made it impossible to rest. When I called reception at 3 PM, I was told renovations “usually” go on until 6 PM, as if this was normal.
The first room had spiders. After complaining, we were moved to another room that was not ready, as the extra bed wasn’t even in place yet. Staff spoke in a dismissive, nonchalant tone. The second room had hairs on the removable bed’s sheets, and the toilet’s flush tank was leaking.
This hotel has serious issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and staff professionalism. Management seems unresponsive and poorly organized. Not the NH standard I expected — I would not stay here again.

Nice place to stay when you drive long road trip with family and need to overnight between your destinations i.e. a place with decent price and not too far away from the main road. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was somehow OK (but not perfect).
