Wonderful
The location is excellent, the breafast was really nice and the view from the breakfast area of the church is stunning. The rooms are small but comfotable and more suited to a few nights stay than a long week, as there's no where to unpack your stuff really. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
The hotel wifi wasn't strong enough to download/use apps. And the area is in a 4G zone.

The location was absolutely fantastic for us. Right on the edge of the old town, with fabulous shops and restaurants. Easy to walk through the wonderful Christmas market! The facility was clean and allowed dogs.
The staff was not very kind. The website stated that dogs were welcome in the breakfast area, but we were unable to take him in. The breakfast is quite limited. Nothing hot and horrible for vegetarians.

Great location and tasty breakfast. Very nice staff.
There was literally nothing in the room - no extra blankets (it was quite cold in the room), no kettle, no iron, no closet. I think the standard is that of a 1-2 star hotel, not a 3 star hotel.

super kind, flexible(early check in), comfortable, clean, accessible, and good breakfast
i wish the hotel had an electric kettle, a refrigerator and a microwave at each room or at each floor, just like many of Japanese hotels.

The staff were friendly and amiable. I have a gluten free diet and this was accommodated at breakfast time. I also needed to use the hotel fridge on one occasion and staff enabled me to do this with ease. The bar staff were also very friendly and amiable.
