Room was a good size and pretty clean, only slight issue, was the aircon wasn't great and there were roadworks outside out room, which was a little frustrating. As it was roadworks, it wasn't something that the hotel could influence, so my rating does not include that frustration.

The room was big, clear, clean, very comfortable. I had a room on the courtyard side and it was very quiet. The personal was very friendly at the reception and at the breakfast.
I was just a little disappointed that there was no terrace( I thought there would have been a terrace to take the breakfast). And the food quality for the breakfast could be better.

No staff at night, that could help with problems with the key card (door did not open due to a manual problem), so the room was not accessible, so three people had to sleep in one double room.

The furniture was okay
Altogether, there were so many disturbances that it was almost ridiculous. When I tried to cancel my stay and switch hotels after the first night, neither the Iberdo Hotel nor Booking.com responded in a timely manner, which was very disappointing. The check-in also didn’t work properly at first. The partner hotel, which was supposed to assist via phone, was not able to help me for over 30 minutes. This was especially frustrating since I arrived late at night and was very tired. I was close to booking another hotel and paying twice. When I tried to address these issues, the staff did not seem welcoming, but rather rude and dismissive. Overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Not too far outside the old town and a short walk from the train station. Staff were very helpful. We had a quiet room overlooking the courtyard at the back which was great. The room was small but we did know that before we went. A big plus was that they had large lockers to store our bags in until we had to catch our train.
