Very Good
This is a complete self check-in hotel and there is no reception at all. At the entrance, there is only a kiosk machine to check in and get your room card. You can also use your phone to check in and then directly use your phone as key card to open the door of the main entrance and your room. However, you will need internet to access the hotel webpage for this feature. I think it's super convenient because it basically minimizes the risk to lose the room card.
The room itself is nothing surprising as a standard room. One big plus is the showering area is pretty huge for a single room.
The mobile internet has poor signal at the entrance and WIFI from the hotel is also not that fast, so if you want to check in on your phone, you may need a bit patience.

Wonderful
It was a lovely and unique place to stay! I loved the self check-in system and the phone-operated doors. The room had a very nice vibe, and both that and the bathroom and plenty of space. Transport is absolutely perfect, you can just step out the door, hop on a tram and be in the centre in 15 mins! There is also a mini shopping centre next to you that has a grocery store, a drug store and a pharmacy. And finally, my absolute love: the balcony!

The hotel was conveniently located right next to a tram stop, the room was a nice size and was everything we needed for a 2 night stay.
The customer service from the hotel prior to my stay was exceptional, all my questions were answered thoroughly and really quickly.
Travelling in the summer heat meant that the room was very hot as there was no air conditioning.
Also there was only 1 pillow per guest which was not very comfortable.

Good location. Near a road with a lot of restaurants. 15mins into the centre by tram.
Check-in process was a disaster. There are no check-in staff and the check-in machine firstly didn't recognise my booking, then it completely broke down. I was locked-out of my room for an hour.
Also the trams outside kept me awake.

The digital keys were fun but feel hackable.
Too hot, the corridor smelt bad and was unwelcoming. The entrance was unwelcoming.
At about 9am the cleaner knocked (we were still in bed after a late night) and at about 1030 she knocked again and immediately entered the room without waiting.
The location wasn't fantastic, ultimately. Too far from the centre.

Very Good
Good hotel right at the tram number 3 stop, it takes 15 minutes only to the city center. There is no reception, you unlock the room via mobile web site. The good thing is you aren't forced to install yet another useless and buggy mobile application.
The dependency on something so unreliable like a web site to open the room is a bit disturbing. I'd prefer a PIN key option.

Checkin was quick & easy and location was easy to find as on main high street
Parking for car was mentioned when booking but they didn’t guide where to park. I was late in night so parked on road side fortunately it was bank holiday next day so got no ticket
