The size of the room. Easy access to the hotel. Staff responded to the call in email despite it being an automatic hotel.
The garage doesn't belong to the hotel, and no one could help me to open the door. It should have been open between 6-22 hours but the door was shut. The parking company did not respond to anything! I even tried online reservation: they took my money and the system still didn't recognize my license plate!
If you go there with a motorcycle I would strongly recommend choosing another place. Streets didn't look safe to leave the bike out. If you move fast enough down the slope the system identifies you as a vehicle and you can open the door from inside. I will never ever go to a place with a fully automatic system again.

Great place for a short stay. Everything you would need to spend the night. There is parking in the same building, that costs from 5 to 20 euros. Also public transport stations are just outside the building.
Could have a small fridge and bit more space for personal belongings.

Good value for money especially as you get a private room with ensure incl towels and shampoo. Location is good and there is free street parking (I booked because of the parking but did not understand how to access parking so did not use it in the end but I thought it was free and did not realize it closed after 22h). I did not pre pay for breakfast but I did eat where the hotel recommended and it was good and reasonably priced. Really liked Leipzig city centre too.
The building is older and so whilst they have tried (successfully) to jazz it up it still looks tired in hallway and carpet. But for price and value this is just an observation. I struggled with check in (mainly opening room door) but was pleased in the end not to have to deal with anyone as I booked late (21h) and last minute arriving after 23h and so once I worked how the check in worked, it was straight forward.

Excellent experience!
Clean, comfortable, and with touches of Leipzig history in the decoration. You will learn useful informations! Easy self check in. Very good location. There is an Edeka supermarket very close to you and many places to eat, bakery and cafe to the whole neighborhood. There is a tram right in front (to go to the city center, you will take tram line 3 from across the street). I highly recommend it!
When I come back to Leipzig definitely I will choose this Hotel again!
If the rooms get a mini-fridge then it would be worth a 10' rating.

Wonderful
You can check in as late as you want to as everything is done online and with digital keys, which is perfect if you are not sure about your arrival time. We got a very clean and reasonably comfortable room with a huge balcony. The hotel is located in a quiet and, by the looks of it, interesting neighbourhood, easily accessible from autobahn. Breakfast, including coffee and very tasty bread with ham and spreads, for which you pay additional 7 euro, is served in the next door bakery. There is a garage in connection to the hotel, where the fee is 2 euro per hour or 20 euro for a day. Good to know is that if you arrive after ten in the evening, you can’t enter the garage as it is closed (you can exit at any time of the day). Then you have the option of parking on the street which worked well for us.
Would be good with clearer info regarding parking and the flexibility before booking.

This is a budget hotel with self check in. We didn't see any staff just automated robots hovering the hallways. We parked in the garage for an extra charge, which is also used by people visiting the shopping centre. The parking is quite expensive but you could park on the road for free. Around the hotel there were good value restaurants. The hotel recommend the bakery over the road for breakfast. We ate there and it was good. The tram stop into the centre (Hauptbahnhof) is by the front entrance, but the walk into the centre through the park is lovely.
It would have been nice to have coffee making facilities, but we recognise this is a budget hotel.

Conveniently accessible from the highway. Spatious and clean room with comfy beds. We wee able to het the parking on the nearby street. Got well rested. Good value for the money.

There was no staff and instructions for accessing when main door was closed were not clear enough. One night we stand there 5 people trying to figure out how to access our corridor

Everything was perfect. The location is pretty close to the center, especially by tram or bus. The room was really good. The check-in and check-out were seamless. And the help we got through whatsapp (we explained that we made 2 bookings for 2 different rooms and were asking if we could stay in the same room) was prompt and very appreciated. So I definitely recommend this Hotel!
