Good location. Inexpensive. The room was run down, but ok and mostly clean. I had no problem with electronic check in.
In the bathroom was an horrendous stink! One of the most disgusting experiences of my life. Like a direct connection to a sewer and incredibly strong. Truly disgusting. It was almost impossible to enter the batchroom, and if one had to do so only while holding the nose. I suspect something is wrong with the pipes. The room is not suitable for renting, at no price. It is entirely unacceptable to charge money for such room. It was simply distgusting.

Room was cleaner than expected.
This morning, a staff member informed me that he needed to change the mattresses while I was out. I replied that I would prefer not to have them changed, but he just smiled without responding and left. When I returned, I found that the mattresses had been changed despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door. It feels quite disrespectful to proceed with such changes while a guest is still staying in the room, especially after the guest has clearly declined. What i also didn't like is that you couldn't smoke on the balcony. I had to go down each time in front of the building to smoke.

The size of the room. Easy access to the hotel. Staff responded to the call in email despite it being an automatic hotel.
The garage doesn't belong to the hotel, and no one could help me to open the door. It should have been open between 6-22 hours but the door was shut. The parking company did not respond to anything! I even tried online reservation: they took my money and the system still didn't recognize my license plate! If you go there with a motorcycle I would strongly recommend choosing another place. Streets didn't look safe to leave the bike out. If you move fast enough down the slope the system identifies you as a vehicle and you can open the door from inside. I will never ever go to a place with a fully automatic system again.

The room was clean.
Main concern was paid extras that I didn't receive: I paid extra before arriving for a neck support pillow, which I did not receive. Upon arrival, I saw a "refund" being processed on my banking app, so I didn't make a fuss about it (I thought they were refunding me for the pillow, since they didn't have one available). On the check out date I had a look what was the refund for and turned out that they've made a mistake and refunded me the wrong item - a City Tax (which was cheaper than a pillow). I wrote them an email notifying of this strange thing - that I got refunded a city tax amount and not the pillow which I didn't have in the room. A lady responded to me rudely (after some back and forth emails) that the pillow was in the room, and that was that. No explanation to anything. I let it go, since the cost of the pillow wasn't that much, and I did receive a "partial refund" in a city tax amount. But if you do request for some Extras, be aware that you might not get the service nor your money back. Other concerns: - you use the code to open the door, but the keypad is in German. If you don't understand, you have to problem-solve yourself, there's no one to help you. - One time my room didn't open. Keypad showed some reasoning in German which I didn't understand. Thankfully there were some cleaning ladies on the floor who opened the room for me. Not sure what happened there. That was the last time I needed to access the room, so I didn't investigate this further. But that would be a bummer if this happened when no one was around. - Lastly, there's no AC, which I didn't realize during booking. It was hot in the room (4th floor).

Clean spacious room on a good location. The neighborhood is charming and well connected to the center, with many options of restaurants and cafes around the hotel.
Self-checkin can be a bit tricky, although it finally worked. The whole experience was too impersonal, as there is no staff/reception at the hotel and WhatsApp messages were automated.
