It was over prized and I didn't request the breakfast but it was already booked by Hotel in Steinecke. And I didn't get enough Breakfast even I got charged.

OK to crash for the night, but that's about the limit. If I had to stay for more than one night, I would have switched.
No AC, coffee, kettle... nothing. Just a few paper cups. Bed cleanness was OK, the floor not so much.

Well connected, spacious room, clean with awesome view. Self check in/out. Good price quality balance.
Theres no staff you could ask for help in case you cant make the check in, no luggage storage.

The location was good.
Room was incredibly hot. Cant open the window because its noisy outside. No water boiler. No reception since we wanted to check out earlier. Bed was extremely uncomfortable we had to put the duvets on the floor to sleep.

I like the uncomplicated check in process. Very fast very smooth. Rooms are always clean. Location is very convenient for me because I work nearby.
However, - there is a huge glitch in the online payment system and I am called to pay twice everytime I pay. Once when I pay through booking and once when I try to check in online with the hotel website. Afterwards i need to contact support to get a refund which is very annoying. Also, the hotel payment is usually higher that the first one. The reason provided is that it has the city tax on top. However on the booking.com payment it is indicated that the city tax is included in the payment
