Perfect location since I was attending a convention at the Leipzig Messe. 10 minus walk. Room was perfect for a short stay.

The hotel allows guests to stay with their dogs, which may be acceptable to some, but many people in our communities are highly uncomfortable with this due to the insects and parasites animals can leave in the room. That is one concern.
Another issue is that I stayed for five days, and not once did the hotel clean my room. This is the first time in all my years of frequent travel that I have experienced a complete lack of housekeeping throughout an entire stay. I left the room every day from around 12:30 p.m. until the evening, yet the room was never cleaned.
Attached are photos of the room’s trash bin and the bathroom bin showing that they were left full and not emptied.

Absolute disaster of experience, and I suggest to avoid them at all costs. I booked them because they promise parking and 24/7 reception. I needed someplace close to highway to sleep shortly. When arrived, parking was so full I had to reverse all the way out, it was even blocked near exit. All walkways around hotel were occupied by illegally parking cars, clearly the parkings are not sufficient for number of guests. So I contacted night desk that I can't park there. Akit from night desk confirmed it's really overbooked and they'd cancel my booking and return money in the week. It was unhappy situation as I had to drive another 4 hours very tired, but there was no other choice... Then I contacted Booking and hotel multiple times, and they started excusing that they can't return the booking price, mentioning they have some issues with the Booking system. I reached out 5 times over the following month. No luck. Now Booking responded the hotel is not 24/7 and can't accommodate guests after midnight. I will file a complaint at Czech office for protection of customer laws, because hotel and Booking were unable to guarantee service, and they owe me money.
To give my post some credibility: This is third (3) time in 223 of different hotel stays (not nights... But different places) I've done since 2017. Via Booking it has been 186 stays out of that, with Genius level 3 loyalty programme. I'm therefore really frequent and experienced traveller. Yet this experience with LOGINN really stands out as a total disaster, and I can't recommend Booking.com either, because they don't stand behind their customers.

Garbage under the bed. Generally; over-priced, you're only paying for the location, poor facility, poor overpriced breakfast. That was a bad choice!

The hotel is rather new and well maintained, with quiet and comfortable rooms equipped with a kettle. Breakfast offers a good selection of both warm and cold options. The location is within reach of the railway station and tram stops. Reception is available 24/7.
