Location + staff
The hotel allows guests to stay with their dogs, which may be acceptable to some, but many people in our communities are highly uncomfortable with this due to the insects and parasites animals can leave in the room. That is one concern.
Another issue is that I stayed for five days, and not once did the hotel clean my room. This is the first time in all my years of frequent travel that I have experienced a complete lack of housekeeping throughout an entire stay. I left the room every day from around 12:30 p.m. until the evening, yet the room was never cleaned.
Attached are photos of the room’s trash bin and the bathroom bin showing that they were left full and not emptied.

Exceptional
Everything was fine, the room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Parking is easy on site.

Close to the highway, convenient if you are travelling in or through Germany. There are fast chargers for electric cars two minutes from the hotel. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices! If you are travelling with a pet, then the area is nice to have walks.
The hotel advertises electric car charging facilities, out of the 4 destination chargers two were out of orders, 1 was defective and only 1 was working where a car was already charging so we had to rely on the another charging station nearby. The attitude of the staff was also not pleasant and would have expected a bit more hospitality, niceness and warmth.

Outside of Leipzig, but close enough for day trips. The rooms were big enough for two. The breakfast was pretty good. The price was worth it. We especially liked the bar. Delicious drinks, Pizza after 10 pm and a nice talk with the barkeeper. If you need recommendations what to do in and around Leipzig... just ask him.
Because you are outside of Leipzig you don't find food in that area if you get hungry later in the evening. McDonald's and KFC closed at 10 pm, even when they offered longer opening hours online.

Place is very convenient to the Leipzig congress center, about a 10 minute walk. Rooms are clean and efficient. Good breakfast set up.
Have to request for room cleaning. The parking set up is awkward, as you have to ask for a ticket to leave every time you want to exit the park. I find 9 Euro expensive for parking in the middle of nowhere. Room was not ready at 2 pm despite confirmation of the request.

Cosy rooms, cannot complain about cleanliness, conviniently located for a trip break. Quiet, good breakfast, a lot of parking options.
We stayed only one night for a stop on our way, so I cannot say anything about other aspects.
