Very environmental friendly, very pleasant and helpful staff. An excellent front of house bar tender/waiter/matreD who deserves an promotion. He did run the whole restaurant/bar by himself and still had time for a chat and joke.
No coffee/tea facilities in the rooms.

Great location for the Red Bull Arena. Great breakfast, good underground parking. Very clean.
Staff shortages meant the restaurant and bar were shut.
One of the most obvious facilities that a hotel of this standard should be obliged to provide is a restaurant, shocking. I traveled over 600 miles by road to get here only to find there was no food available despite the website telling me there is a restaurant. Terrible.

The property is spacious and away from city crowd. Also nice surroundings to take walk
I got a room at the corner, whose windows opens to the main road. U couldnt sleep properly at nights because of moving cars noise. Since there was no other ventilation option , I was forced to keep the window open. Also, The rugs were having stains, I didnt expect this for such hotels. However, Breakfast was good and the staffs were really welcoming and friendly.

Nice, clean and quiet area, friendly staff, easy check in and out. 24 reception. Big room and comfy beds. Clean shower and toilet. Fresh and tasty breakfast. Good price for quality. Great place for short break in journey PL - UK.
No air condition in room and no hot drinks facilities in room. Free car park only on street oposite of the building and bit expensive underground car park.
