Spacious and clean room. Night bar at lobby with delicious cocktails
I was trying to reserve parking beforehand and unfortunately didn’t get the answer from the hotel’s team. By arriving we were informed that their parking was full and we need to find parking somewhere else. Unfortunately the stuff even didn’t advise us where could we park. Breakfast was not very various, there were a lot of people and the restaurant isn’t very spacious

Matrace is comfortable
We stayed in this place for 2 nights. 7/8 and 8/9 April. We are very disappointed.
Most of the things are not as it advertised. All the design is very dated from 90s of the past century. It is advertised as 4 stars hotel - they do not have this category at all! Breakfast was very poor. Water is chlorinated and they do not use filtered water to make tea and coffee.
Shower is so horrible, we would not use it at all (picture).
Stains in the bedroom on the floor (picture).
There supposed to be minibar - it is empty, no way to buy water anywhere on the property at night (picture).
There was supposed to be bed and sofa, no sofa.
Private kitchen is old and built in in the cabinet, with stain/rost on the stove (picture).
We requested a cot for a baby - it was very dirty and with holes (picture). In the end baby had to sleep between us in the bed.
I called to reserve a parking space outside as we have a dachbox on the car and the underground car park height was too small for us, when arrived at night it was taken!
There is no we-fe code so your laptop, cell phone can be hacked!

I stayed only 1 night and didn't check the comments.just chose it because of its place and special price for me. Friendly staff, interesting design.
Very expensive for a normal stay. I consider it at most 3 stars. By name it is 4 stars but Very Old furniture, torn bed covers, limited breakfast options, no coffee or tea maker in the room. No water in the room. No Minibar, There is not enough space in front of hotel to park the car. Of one car park there, second car cannot pass. Control of heating system does not work.

The pictures
The staff atitudine, starting with the fact that I was told that standard double rooms can have only two twins bed puted togheter. I was told that I have to pay more for the next room category and then I can have a double bed with full size mattress altough on booking.com there are both of these options available for the standard double room. The standard double room looks like a single room transformed over night in a double, with the headboard smaller than the bed and with only one bedside table instead of two.
In the end I ask the reception if we can have a breakfast to go because we need to check out very early in the morning and the answer was yes. In the next morning me, my wife and my kid received what you see in the picture. Just to be clear that is all that we received for 3 persons and not even a spoon fot that rice with milk.
All of these above for 145 euro per night.
