I wish I had found this place earlier, we only changed hotels because the previous place couldn't fit us in for an extra night. Nice clean spacious room for 4 people.
Only issue is trying to get our luggage looked after prior to 12.30 there is no staff that can speak Deutsch or English. Reception opens at 12.30.
But everyone was helpful and tried their best to help.

Good location. Everything was clean.
Comfortable bed and pillows. Good space for some days.
There is no AC, and sleeping with open windows is hard because of street noise.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. For dogowners a great location, there is a huge park within 100m walk.
The breakfast was also very good.

Location and the room was wonderful and big defo like to come back and the reception man was really helpful and lovely and friendly
The guy in the morning at breakfast said I was not on the sheet and had not paid when I paid for 2 night before accidents happen but he was really unprofessional and rude I told him to phone the manager sorted in the end

Unfortunately, nothing. After money went missing from our room and we received no proper support from the staff, we couldn’t enjoy any part of our stay.
The experience was deeply disappointing. There were steep stairs and no elevator, which made it difficult to carry luggage. The receptionist appeared visibly annoyed when we asked for help. The room was very small, and breakfast was minimal.
What concerned us most was discovering that €500 was missing from our room. There was no safe provided, no cameras in the hotel, and limited staff availability (reception opened late and closed early). When we reported the issue, the staff dismissed it and offered no investigation or assistance. We were advised to call the police, which we did. An official report was made, but without proper hotel security measures, there was little the police could do.
We felt unsupported and uncomfortable throughout the situation. Sadly, the handling of this issue overshadowed our entire stay.

Good breakfast, cosy room with clean tidy toilet.
Neighbourhood quite calm, no big traffic or people around. Close to the city center.
There should be an info about high stairs behind the entrance, elevator is only from the reception level, so I had to make some steps with the baggage and stroller.
Besides that, everything was fine.

Nice hotel for a short citytrip with a comfortable bed and good breakfast for a reasonable price.
Not a lot of character, but it is great if you just want to see the city.

Great rich breakfast two levels above the hotel. Good price and location.
Detached and paid parking, now worthy when all around the streets it’s for free.
