Staff were very kind a professional
We arrived for check‑in at 3 PM, but our room was not ready. No bathrobes available in the room. The whirlpool was not working; I informed the receptionist, who said someone would come to check it, but nothing happened. Additionally, the water in the sink did not drain properly.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Secure parking. Spacious room. Lovely ,friendly staff.(I left my jacket in the wardrobe and the hotel posted it back to me within 2 days, and one was a public holiday. Very nice and efficient of them)
