Breakfast consisted of breads, meat, cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurt, scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon, olives, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, jams. Greek restaurant on first floor. Convenient street car and bus and S-bahn stops.
No elevator. On the 4th floor and had too much luggage. Staff helped on arrival.

It was very rustic and charming. Lots of antique items like phones, photos etc. even the floors had the creaking reminiscent of an old home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the facility was very clean. Breakfast was very good with a welcoming carafe of coffee waiting. They had scrambled eggs, bacon and all the normal meats, cheese and dairy products as well. It is located very close to the monument and the train / public transportation a few steps away. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
There is no parking but an adjacent street had curb parking which was abundant. This didn’t affect me, but the stairs to get to the 2nd/3rd floor was steep and narrow. If a person had mobility issues this would pose a problem.

Nothing much around, save for a Greek restaurant in the same building. Not a very scenic location, so not much to admire outside one's window. Rooms were pretty, but the wooden stairs leading to the rooms and the floorboards in the room creaked so loudly when walking around! I didnt really use their Wifi since I was out most of the time, so I cannot comment on that. I wasn't too comfortable with the system to lock the room, which was basically turning an old key in the door, nothing electronic. When in the room, I just left the key in the door and basically had to lock myself in, otherwise, anyone could really open the door from the outside.

A different way to travel. Old building, antique furniture, small suites, cozy dining room, no elevator, narrow stairs, traditional beer bar next door, good breakfast and excellent service. Easy access and free parking if you arrive not too late at night.
