a bright and airy room .
My room safe didn't work, i reported it on arrival to reception but it didn't get fixed. (it just needed a new battery) I returned to my room around midnight, needed a shower, once in the shower i discovered that the soap bottle was empty. Finally my double bed only had a single duvet, which was dirty, (black scuff marks on it) breakfast buffet had a very poor choice of hot food.

Super friendly and helpful team members. We loved every aspect of our stay. The room was clean, fresh and spacious and the bar service at both bars was perfect too.
Leaving! We would have stayed longer if we could have and would definitely come back.

The staff were really kind and welcoming. I asked for a kettle in my room and with this they also offered me fresh milk. Very thoughtful! The breakfast was varied and delicious, with lots of seating. The bed was comfy, the hotel was quiet (I stayed on the third floor, overlooking the inner courtyard), and the room had everything I needed (including a fridge for the free milk). It's a 15-min walk to the train station, and there's a tram stop directly outside the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
Two minor things: The air con in my room was broken, so wouldn't turn off. Some of the shower head nozzles were blocked up with limescale, and so pointed in different directions.
