Been there before. This time I didn’t felt very welcomed by the reception. Also the check out was a bit cold. Hospitality was not on point this time.

It would have been nice if we were told that we needed to book the roof top bar.
The rooms were different;they had the shower in the room.

Staff were very helpful and nice. Wonderful breakfast
the Tapas menu was attractive in description , but the actual food was inauthentic and almost microwave quality. If you have ever been to a real Tapas restaurant and compare it to your offering, you will see how off the mark it was. Nothing was good actually

Excellent central location. Good public car park nextdoor and many cafés and restaurants on the doorstep for breakfast, meals and drinks. Nice bathrobes and slippers and free water in room fridge were the highlights.
The two rooms we had booked, Premium Xtra Space, didn't seem very spacious at all and had no comfortable chairs or couch to sit on. I was really disappointed! A lot of money for average rooms similar to a Premier Inn feel. The cost for breakfast, 28€ per person per day, was ridiculous, so we ate out nearby at half the price. Parking also too much when several public car parks are right nextdoor at less than a third of the cost. Nothing special overall.

Excellent location and very clean and professional.
A minor point, but We could have had proper bars of Soap in the rooms and maybe carpets too (but this may be a cultural thing).

Excellent location, good size room, excellent value, modern and clean. Loved this hotel, would stay again.
We stayed on the 5th floor just below the roof top bar. It was very loud with music at night, I recommend staying on a lower floor. The windows aren’t solid enough to keep the noise out.
