The staff were really kind and welcoming. I asked for a kettle in my room and with this they also offered me fresh milk. Very thoughtful! The breakfast was varied and delicious, with lots of seating. The bed was comfy, the hotel was quiet (I stayed on the third floor, overlooking the inner courtyard), and the room had everything I needed (including a fridge for the free milk). It's a 15-min walk to the train station, and there's a tram stop directly outside the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
Two minor things: The air con in my room was broken, so wouldn't turn off. Some of the shower head nozzles were blocked up with limescale, and so pointed in different directions.

We stayed 1 night only, to break a long drive. Hotel is very well located to the historical city centre, has great rooftop terrace restaurant, which offer very nice views of the city, even in winter. Rooms are as on photos, very clean and with goodies in minibar. Hotel is very clean and modern, in great location and has dog friendly rooms, which is very much appreciated. There is great choice of restaurants and cafes close by.
We had a bit of problem with parking, hotel has small car park only and it can be bit stressful to find cark park around, when you come at peak period, like we did, during Christmas markets, however, there is plenty of options around. My point to hotel is to make it bit easier for drivers from other countries to understand the options before hand. Very expensive breakfast, we stayed in many hotels on this trip, including major tourist destinations and this one was the most expensive.
