Has all the amenities required
Could be a bit more cozy , some amenities felt a bit basic. Also if you have heavy luggage the elevator doesn’t cover all areas of the hotel

The room was neat and tidy. The staff was polite and friendly. I wish they had provided at least an electric kettle and an iron in the room. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

The location is very practical, in a rather quiet street but very close to traffic connections (tram, buses) in
various directions. Value for money is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful.
I have no serious complaints. There's some noise in the morning, not more than usual for a hotel or similar accommodation.

It was clean and friendly and great location
I think 18 euro for breakfast it’s just excessively much i’ve stayed in way better and luxurious hotels and the breakfast wasn’t 18 euro.

Nice location. Public parking nearby. We were lucky to book a room for three, and it was spacious. The room had a fringe and a rocking chair. Overall planning is great, and window view in room #316 is gorgeous. The easiest check-in. Sparkling water as a compliment.
A lot of dust behind the sofa and other not visible places. Lack of glasses for water. Shower drain should be improved.

I didn't get a chance to have breakfast as they stopped serving at 10 am, I was a couple of minutes too late as I had been out early. The room was basic which I was expecting and it was clean, there are tea and coffee facilities left in the corridor outside of the room which I didn't see until I was on my way out in the morning. The lady on reception called me as I had not checked in and wouldn't be arriving until late (after 9pm), she was very pleasant and helpful and gave me all the instructions I needed to gain access to the building, which in the end I did not need.

Bed was terrible and cleaning service got into our room the last day while we were still sleeping even though they clearly knew we had until 11 to leave the room
