I suffered a severe medical emergency, I had a allergic reaction to something and I was going into Anaphylactic shock and the staff member doing the night shift refused to call me a ambulance, told me 8 times to call my own taxi, said he didn't know the emergency number ( even though he was german ) after i literally begged he reluctantly rang one. as soon as ambulance arrived they took the situation seriously and i was rushed to hospital where i spent the next 9 hours on various drips and medication. Ive never been so scared in my life and the male staff member done nothing to help me until i became increasingly worse and very angry. For me this is completely unacceptable.
