Friendly sweet employees. Spacious room, large bed. Having two blankets was very comfortable. Hot water in the shower, heating in the room. Easy transport connection - a convenience that later turned out to be a problem for us.
Our room was facing the street and it was so noisy in the mornings that we couldn’t sleep well. Be prepared that Straßenbahn will be driving up and down the street every 20 mins or so until ~1am and will start again at ~4:30am, and you’ll wake up every time it passes by, unless you can sleep with a noise. Earplugs don’t help. In addition, our bathroom ceiling had a leakage and water was actually dripping in our heads. Window shutters don’t cover the windows properly, the room is still bright, so prepare your sleeping masks. Hotel needs some maintenance and a price drop for the rooms facing the street.

Everything! Having breakfast in the back yard from the wonderful buffet!!!
It was hot in the night, we had a room to the Main Street, can‘t open the window because off the noisy street from the cars and tram. I think this weather condition was special these days. When the windows are closed and the movable AC works fine it is o.k.
