Everything! Having breakfast in the back yard from the wonderful buffet!!!
It was hot in the night, we had a room to the Main Street, can‘t open the window because off the noisy street from the cars and tram. I think this weather condition was special these days. When the windows are closed and the movable AC works fine it is o.k.

Very Poor
The location not to faraway from city center
I regret to say that my recent stay at Berlin Hotel in Leipzig was extremely disappointing. The Parking availability is extremely limitate and is on the street and upon our arrival at 4 PM, we were surprised to find that the reception was closed due to limited Sunday hours. While this information was buried in a prior email, it was not clearly indicated during the booking process. The real trouble began when we tried to contact the hotel for assistance. Despite multiple attempts through two phone numbers, WhatsApp, and Booking.com messages, we received no response. After four hours of futile attempts, we finally resorted to contacting Booking.com directly at 8 PM, seeking to cancel our reservation without penalty. Miraculously, Booking.com managed to get a response from the hotel and provided us with an access code. Even after this no one from the structure call us to try to explain or try to apologise as everything was normal. The frustration didn't end there. Upon entering our room, we found two beds instead of the single one we had booked. Additionally, the room was oppressively hot, and the small fan provided was wholly inadequate. To make matters worse, we had to keep the window open, exposing us to the constant noise of trams passing by throughout the night. This resulted in a night of disturbed sleep and an overall terrible experience. This stay was one of the worst I've encountered on Booking.com. I strongly advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodations.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was good. The inner Hof was nice and clean. The location is good. Good restaurants nearby.
The room was awfully hot. The "Zoo" room 408 is directed towards the street and there is no AC, only a beaten down ceiling fan, which does not provide air to the master bed nor to the children's bunk bed. So you are sweating yourself the whole night unable to open the windows because the tram and motorbikes would wake up the children who are already sleeping badly. There is a mini fridge in the room, we connected it to the electricity and it is not working, so we had to throw away some food we hoped to keep cool during our stay. All in all we slept about 5 hours, and we continued our trip the following morning, probably more tired than the day before. We paid over 170 euros for a terrible night and a very good breakfast.

Amazing stuff!! The friendliest personal , I have met in east germany. The place is spotless clean, quite, and all amenities and devices work. It seems to be further from downtown but with tram and bus even on sunday not more than 15 min. Breakfast is fantastic!
I loved this place, maybe only negative is that there is no receptionist at night only self entry so make sure u have your card. Super hotel
