Unprofessiona stuff, lack of 24h reception, no reception stuff on Sunday and bank holiday, dust in all corners of the room, under the bed and under the sideboard, room extremely small, hugely overpriced, very hot, no air-con, our private data was stolen (we had scam message from Brasil, the hotel did not inform us about it even though they knew earlier that the data was stolen on the point of exchange of information between them and booking.com). They did not offer any compensation, only discount for the future stay, but in these conditions we would never stay there again.

Nice neighborhood, friendly staff, comfy beds, good window view, decent curtains, the shower is okay, the parking lot is good (even though not too cheap). A kettle is present.
The room was a bit too small. The fridge is ridiculously small. No mosquito nets. No air conditioning. Uncomfortable sink (hard even to fill the kettle) with smell. Small wardrobe (I was hardly able to fit my coat). The safe was not working. Dust on the wardrobe. No shampoo in the shower (only soap). Terrible Wi-fi (slow and unstable).

The staff is friendly; I appreciate the opportunity to let our dog to stay at the hotel. The location is great, the room was relatively clean. The bed was comfortable to sleep in.
It was very loud outside if the windows were open, it was too bright early in the morning (the curtains are not blackout), no air conditioner, so it was a bit too warm (hence open windows); the shower gel (aka shampoo/hand soap) was almost empty. It was impossible to wash hair with it (too tough), so a separate shampoo would be great for the price we paid. The breakfast was not included unfortunately taking the high price into consideration. The cover of the bed had weird stains… I am aware that we stayed during the holiday, but still the price we paid did not seem fair taking these issues into account.
