Great location near the stadium, friendly and helpful staff
The main problem was heating. Although it was functional and we put it on maximum, it doesn’t heat properly. We were freezing in the room and it was the first time in my life I’ve slept in a sweater in the hotel… The same problem was everywhere in the hotel, because we were freezing also during breakfast (which wasn’t that great too) and at the hall.

The staff is friendly; I appreciate the opportunity to let our dog to stay at the hotel. The location is great, the room was relatively clean. The bed was comfortable to sleep in.
It was very loud outside if the windows were open, it was too bright early in the morning (the curtains are not blackout), no air conditioner, so it was a bit too warm (hence open windows); the shower gel (aka shampoo/hand soap) was almost empty. It was impossible to wash hair with it (too tough), so a separate shampoo would be great for the price we paid. The breakfast was not included unfortunately taking the high price into consideration. The cover of the bed had weird stains… I am aware that we stayed during the holiday, but still the price we paid did not seem fair taking these issues into account.
