The food,the cleaning even without telling them and the staff. They are friendly.except for one female receptionist.
The stairs and that the reception is not there most of the time. And it's kinda far from centrum.the elevator is so small and old.

nothing because nobody open the door. we couldn't come in whit my children because reception was sleeping. I am waiting for my money.

The lady at the reception was rude. There was no parking. There was dirty, mold, and cobwebs in the rooms. Standard like in hostel, no hotel.
