The windows were draughty... there were no curtains to block the light...the white blinds did not cover the windows... There were no hot drinks available during the day...it was stated that there were... plenty of flavoured tea bags but no black breakfast tea bags available at breakfast

The check-in process was simple.
The hotel is rated as 3-star but failed to meet the criteria. The room was very ordinary and the breakfast provided was restrictive i.e. very less choice. And the worst part is that they charged 15 EUR extra for the additional bed while we were checking out. It was not informed in advance (either in email which we received from booking.com or in person while checking in). The total amout paid was 137+15= 152 EUR and there is no value for money paid.

The place is clean and comfortable. The single room is basic. No coffee or water in it.
The dropping key from letter box system works, but does not fill u with confidence before u arrive, especially since phone call to find out more about it was answered "sorry, no speak English"

the location is good, it is a close to downtown
The hotel is old, the furniture is old, the bathroom is old. The breakfast was really poor, no scrambled eggs.
The staff dind't speak english, that is terrify. The hotel does't accept card! I had to pay a garage by cash without any bild. Then the hotel accused me of not paying! Never more.

It was just what I needed - nice room, nice breakfast, nice location... Most of the time there's no one at the reception but finding the key (with a lock-box) just outside of the entrance was super easy and everything went smooth.
The room was a little too bright, even when the shade is all the way down there's still quite a lot of light so if you like to sleep in, and need darkness, you should know that. Also it was quite warm days so I was too hot, I should have asked the reception if they have a fan or something - should have thought of it there... oh well :)
