Exceptional
Stayed here as we attended a show at Ankor venue a little further up the road. Staff were very kind and allowed us to check in early as we had been travelling since 3am and needed to nap in the afternoon. The beds were comfortable and the shower was really good. The TV even had YouTube on for us to watch which was a nice bonus. After we left the staff got in touch as my girlfriend had left some of her face cream in the bathroom which I thought was very kind of them to do. Highly reccomend and if I am ever back in Leipzig I will definitely be staying here.

We stay there because it’s very close to where my relatives live and it has my brother’s favorite restaurant, Zum Pferdestall, and the breakfast is always done well.
As my husband and I get older, sleeping on uncomfortable mattresses becomes more difficult. If the hotel would update their mattresses, I’m sure we’d stay there again.

Reception guy was weird and really slow. It took ages for him to enter our data, take payment and give us the room keys. We have kids and it was very late. We just wanted to get to bed. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and clearly needed to be renewed years ago.
