Extremely disappointing and unsafe experience.
During our stay, a huge rat came out of the toilet in our bathroom in the middle of the night. We were shocked and terrified, and left the hotel immediately during the night between 1 and 2 AM because it’s very dangerous to health and we no longer felt safe. The hotel denies that such an incident could have occurred and did not offer any resolution, also refuses to refund the money for that night. This a serious sanitary issue, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable, and the free parking was a great bonus. What impressed me the most was how warmly my little dog was welcomed – he received his own bed, food, and bowls, which was such a thoughtful touch. The in-room coffee machine was also a fantastic addition, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Overall, a great experience, and I would love to return!

I was traveling with 2 kids, room was ready when arrived, double bed and sofa ( even though not requested) set up. Awesome breakfast, clean!

Disappointing
Breakfast was very good and with big choise. Exclusive lunch room and sport room were very nice.
This opinion does not concerne H4 Hotel but Hyperion Hotel in the city center where we stayed because of the renovation works in H4 Hotel. Business room was situated on the 5th floor from the street side which made my night difficult. I heard all the time trams passing and people yelling. We had 2 rooms which were not next to each other. Hotel doesn't have its own parking but enables to use the public one which is 5 minutes walk.
